Inspired by Schmitshausen, the Rhineland, “Village of the Roses.” Von Rosen is a versatile liqueur made from essence of Rose.

Perfect as a craft cocktail ingredient or sipping on its own. Please enjoy responsibly.

Rose Sour

1oz VonRosen
1oz Gin
2oz Chamomile Tea
0.5oz Simple Syrup
1.5oz Egg Whites
Ice
___

Pre-chill a coupe glass. Add ice to a shaker tin plus egg white and additional ingredients. Shake over ice for 15 seconds and fine-strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Rose Spritz

1oz VonRosen
0.5oz Aperol
0.5oz Gin
1oz Lemon Juice
0.5oz Simple Syrup
3oz Sparkling Wine
2oz Soda Water
Ice
___

Fill a glass halfway with ice. Add spirits, citrus and syrup. Add sparkling wine and top with soda. Garnish with lemon wheel and mint sprig.

Wild Rose

1oz VonRosen
0.5oz Vodka
0.5oz Licor 43
1oz Lemon Juice
0.5oz Simple Syrup
2oz Pineapple Juice
1oz Cranberry Juice
Ice

Rose Collins

2oz VonRosen
1oz Lemon Juice
0.5oz Rosemary Simple Syrup
Soda Water

Add VonRosen to a flute glass. Add lemon juice and simple syrup. Stir gently and top with soda water. Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig. Try it on the rocks in a Collins glass.

Rosa Margarita

1oz VonRosen
1oz Blanco Tequila
1oz Lemon Juice
0.5oz Simple Syrup
1oz Cranberry Juice
Ice

Rim a rocks glass with equal parts white pepper, kosher salt, and white sugar. Fill the glass with ice. Add ice to a shaker tin and add all ingredients. Shake for 15 seconds and strain into the rimmed glass. Garnish with a lime wheel sprinkled with cinnamon.
